CUREDI Database

Coordination Team      |       Editorial Board      |    CUREDI Database

CUREDI brings together data in a standardized and searchable format drawn from legislation, case law, and various types of regulations and administrative practices in Europe, with a view to documenting the legal reasoning and showing how, gradually, domestic legal orders are adapting to the reality of increasing cultural and religious diversity and the demands for recognition that come with it. The CUREDI database allows for several ways to access the information contained in the repository. It functions on the basis of different filters, such as country, domain of law, relevant case law, applicable legislation and/or regulations, jurisdiction (i.e., the competent courts), topic, and keyword. For each case, the information will be made available and presented in a standardized form.

You can find the first iteration of the CUREDI database here: https://www.curedi-law.de/
